With the new additions of DroboElite and Drobo S to the Drobo product family, Data Robotics is pleased to extend a Customer Loyalty Program to those of you who already own a Drobo product but simply must have one of the new products!

The Data Robotics’ Customer Loyalty Program is designed to thank and reward our current customers on the purchase of additional product upgrades.

Here is how it works:

1. You must be a current Drobo or DroboPro owner (prior to 11-23-09).
2. You must register your Drobo or DroboPro.
3. Contact sales at Data Robotics sales@drobo.com or 1-866-97DROBO to do one of the following:
• Obtain your coupon code for our drobostore www.drobostore.com
1. Maximum credit* not to be exceeded.  For example, if you own five (5) Drobo units and you want to purchase one (1) DroboPro, the maximum credit towards the DroboPro is not to exceed a total of $200 discount.

OR

• Follow the same rules to purchase from your reseller of choice.  You must contact Data Robotics prior to purchase of upgrade, so we may provide the pricing to reseller.
  
  

Rules and Regulations:

1. Product must be registered with Data Robotics.
2. One upgrade discount for each Drobo or DroboPro you own.  You can use each upgrade discount to purchase either one DroboS or one DroboElite with the discount listed.  Upgrade discounts cannot be combined for the purchase of a single system
3. Data Robotics must approve discount PRIOR to purchase. No exceptions.
4. Only one upgrade per original product (per registered product)
5. Void where prohibited.
6. Data Robotics reserves the right to cancel or change the program at any time without prior notification.
7. Valid from through March 31st, 2010.
